Guðmundur Finnbogason has taught outdoor cooking for years. He has held courses for teachers, children and the general public all over the country. He is a economics teacher and scout as well as being a big fan of outdoor teaching and cooking.
Participants get to try making two to three dishes using different methods. Work will be done with fire and coal, but the basics of such cooking will also be addressed. We learn to bake in a pot over charcoal as well as smoke hot in a simple way. Everyone enjoys the result together and no one goes home hungry.
